SD card is damaged or not inserted or wrong sd card is inserted

    This message appeared when plugged into a car and has never worked since; SD card is damaged or not inserted or wrong sd card is inserted
    I have tried to back up the card to another and still no luck, both cards work fine on the computer
    Does anyone know a fix?

     Hi if the card is tested to be OK, it might be system issue or hardware issue. Please give me your mail, let me send you a file for troubleshooting. Or you can mail to support01@autel.com directly.
